We offer a Sound Energy Bath to the members of David Lloyd Gym in an intuitive flowing sound experience using mainly the crystal singing bowls - releasing and bringing in energy trough the chakras, all the cells of the body as well as the energy field. Not only super relaxing but also taking the participants into their deeper inner selves and healing dimensions. All in a very soft and safe space.
