We learn to get in touch with our inner self / silence / heart and to listen and feel and then translate. We learn how to look at our own energy field, scan it and in a playful way how to work with what we find. An intuitive workshop with experiential exercises to get you more in touch with your own unseen layers and give tools to bring your unseen into the seen in your own way. This journey is different for each of us and this workshop is meant to support the developing of your own skills and expression, just to get to know yourself more and gain more insight and trust in how to express yourself or taking your next steps.
