Welcome to our transformative sound energy bath - chakra healing special, a group healing session designed to harmonise, refresh and recharge the 7 main chakra's as well as induce relaxation and promote rejuvenation through the power of healing frequencies and harmonious vibrations.
This special edition is focussed on chakra healing, we will start the evening with a chakra healing / part workshop. We will work together on harmonising, cleansing and recharging all the chakras by working with sound, colours and toning.
For each participant we will look at which chakra's need extra attention and will give specific healing or exercise depending on what is needed. You will see that whatever the other participants bring forward will also resonate with yourself and bring something valuable, this is the extra value of coming together with a specific group for a specific intention.
The second part of the evening will be a Sound & Energy bath focussed on integration and enhancement of the first part.
At the end of the session there is space for sharing and i will also stay a bit longer for questions etcetera while i am packing up, please feel free to approach me.
