Energy work is a way of connecting and working with the subtle energy that flows through and around everything. In an energy work session there is a combination of energy reading, healing and coaching depending on the situation or question.
It is based on the understanding and feeling/experiencing that we are not only physical beings, but also energetic ones. Through energy work we make this conscious and are able to work with it.

A 60 minute session ideal for if you are curious about expanding your consciousness of have questions about deeper subjects. Great for when you feel something is blocking you emotionally, or you feel stuck, or sad or anxious. I combine dialog with energy work, sometimes there is a lot of talking, sometimes more silence, a session can take many shapes and always takes on the form of what you need in that moment. You can also use the sessions more coaching for you to finetune work with your own energy or working with others.

Energy Training
Learn to work with your own energy in this 7 week program in which we will share the basics of energy work with you. The course is primarily focussed on practice and learning through experience, if you are drawn to this know that you will come out differently from how you start. I call it the basics but getting the basics right is everything.

Energy work for companies.
For company management I offer energy readings to look into any type of situation; staff, strategy, stagnation or tensions, underlying issues, competition or clients. Great for gaining insights or confirmation and to support managent decisions.
It is also possible to do a deep cleanse of the energy of the working space or building or facilitate group sessions for the staff for focus, stress release, creativity etc.
